PROPERTIES FOR RENT IN THE NOVO SANCTI PETRI AREA
We rent
properties with one, two, three and four bedrooms in all residentials.
The
properties are equipped with all needed, TV, dishwasher, fridge freezer,
cutlery, sofa bed for one person, in July and August we rent with no bed
linen nor towels.
From July the
15th
to the 31st
of August, we rent properties per fortnight or complete months.
The rest of
the year we rent per days, minimum one week.

In the area
you can enjoy the following amenities: golf course of 36 holes,
6 km. of beach, 16 tennis courses golf club, 6 paddle courses, 6
football pitches, horse riding, bicycle lane in the whole area, 24 hours
security guards, Commercial Centre with restaurants, chemist and shops,
excellent mobile phone coverage.
Surrounding
the golf course there are different residentials with semi detached
properties, these have communal swimming pool, 24 hours dedicated
security, green areas, private gardens, satellite dish, private car
park. The properties are at 1.200 meters from the beach, apart from
Violetas de Mar and some other apartments which are at 200 meters. On
the first line of the beach are the hotels with 4 and 5 stars. Some
residentials have kids areas, paddle and enclosed car park spaces.
